Bloomington Ranches is known for its larger lots and much of it for having horse property rights. It is rustic with homes being built mostly from 1975 to 2000.  Located along exit 4 and running between the freeway and the Virgin River it hosts a Super Walmart, Bloomington Park and larger estate styled homes.

Bloomington Ranches, a little smaller than Bloomington, allows horses and animals and larger lot sizes (some around an acre). The homes appear to be about the same era of building. Both developments allowed for pockets of later growth containing some newer homes.
