First, let me say that RE/MAX First Realty does more in turning over residential sales in this area than all the rest combined. As a signed up user plus*, you will receive notice of any early notification properties that are “pre- MLS”. While RE/MAX First Realty does not make this a habit, there can be a good grouping of homes at times, especially new construction types. Any of these come welcomed to those who are now the first on the spot, enabling them to beat other buyers to St George Homes before the others can even know about it! I am able to obtain these early opportunities in two ways. 

I get them from talking with other agents, in-agency meetings and developers. 
We have a Remax dry erase board that sometimes yield new opportunities by way of Pre-MLS. 

While agents are busy, I take time to make sure you know about these.  How do you know I have the time?  Most don't take or have the time; I will confess, though- it is called an email blast.  Most agents tell you they will keep their eyes and ears peeled- I actually do it! *When you are registered on this website's shopping service, and we have talked over the phone or emailed each other with you expressing interest to me, then I update your status to those who want to know about early bird specials.
