*Save time not having to dig through to figure out which listings are new, because you'll be getting all of them emailed to you from us. You can even tell us if you'd like them to pile up and/or come in a batch to arrive only on certain days, like on your day off etc. Fill out this form as often as you'd like to get a cycle of all active listings in one batch WITH the EXTRA COLUMNS ABOVE (makes for good scrutinizing and comparing, before you have favorites lined up for showing). The local MLS provider will not allow any search solution to naturally display results during the course of your regular property search that are like you can order by batch, right here, as per above with the extra columns. In other words, no search solution on the internet will have these options available to you. When email updates come to you, they will have the same benefits of extra columns as displayed here. (By the way, you can also ask to have me send you Pending, Sold and even Expired Listings in the same column format as a "Market Analysis on a particular property" that you might be thinking about putting an offer on.)
Probably the most under-used, but most effective method to search by, for the serious shopper, is getting automatic notification of new listings that hit the market, by way of email with a link to all the property details and any pictures (more definition). Save having to sift through all those listings just to find the new ones and then how do you know for sure which ones are new or not?!?
Just a hint: If you get signed up on the Home Buyers Scouting Report (HBSR) all of this happens automatically for you, no messing around. Get notice on price reductions or even when new pictures get added. It is for the casual shopper too because, why not get hooked into the 'meat' to begin with when it helps you avoid all unwanted calls off other websites, when all the MLS properties will be found in the HBSR guaranteed. So go there now and fill out the form- yes 'I want to quit messing around'.
Further Explanation
The advantage of email updates are that: Let's say you looked through all the listings and you come back a few days later to find the new ones that have come onto the market. Well, now you have to sift through all the old ones to find the new ones. We make it easy for you, by just making sure you get sent all the new ones that come on. Then just set up an email folder (not needed in the HBSR) to save all the ones worth saving for later reference to have me line them up for showing you later.
In the HBSR you can delete unwanted listings as well, making for a no messing around experience. Don't worry, that folder is always available if you think you need to pull one back on that you shouldn't deleted. Brian- yes 'I want to quit messing around'.
Note that pictures sometimes get loaded a day or two later, so you can come back to your same email link at that time and if the pictures have been uploaded, then that same link that didn't bare it before will now bare it. But with the HBSR, they of course come to you as notice of photograph added, so no checking and no messing around. Brian- yes 'I want to quit messing around'.
As a more serious shopper you deserve the early notification of new listings coming onto the market- the extra attention of Automated Email Updates...
