Middleton has a bit of the old and new homes for sale as it skirts the I-15 freeway just north towards Washington, but on the west side of the freeway. It also skirts some local red rock cliff areas that make some of the new construction a little more prestigious for the views it holds. Further development could go on here up on those cliffs. The older part down by the freeway might have a couple mobile home parks, but also some town-homes as well as single family.
