Narrow a Search
When you are Narrowing your Search in General a meriad of Other Choices Include, but not limited to:
Listing Date, # Levels, School, Garage Capacity (1 Car, 2 Car, etc.), Garage Type, Association Dues, Lot Acres, etc.
Just to get this out of the way, you should NEVER find any property listing anywhere that is not already on our property search, unless it is under contract, expired, withdrawn or otherwise not for sale otherwise anyways. However, should you have arrived already at something from a different source, you should be able to pull it up on our source.
Look-Ups
When going off of other sources and publications to find a certain subject property...
Most commonly you can approach it by:
House Number, Street Name, Unit #, Exact Square Footage, A Narrow Price Range, Association Dues, Lot Acres, Sometimes Subdivision, Year Built and sometimes other pieces of information if they help you narrow down and in on your subject property.
Sometimes a buyer will want to look up property using various other sources as the reference source for properties for sale. For example, a local home shopping magazine may contain only bits of information. Or a buyer may drive by a home and want all the listing information with only a house number or street name. There is a number of ways to approach the challenge with our Advanced Search as listed above in black bold letters. One only has to scroll down on the Advanced Search in order to see all other bits of information that can be entered. By the way, the most handy piece of information often to search by is if you can get the House Number.
By Subdivision
Descending from Search by Neighborhood, a smaller unit to search by is Subdivision. You usually need some very specific knowledge of the area to be searching by subdivision. Even realtors struggle with a complete knowledge of these because there are 100's of subdivisions. Brian does have a specialty and knows specific subdivisions relating to adult communities.
