Southgate Homes for Sale
Southgate sits just west of I-15 up over a hill that is close to the freeway and Virgin River. It is known for Southgate golf course that threads itself through it and those hilly areas. Much of Southgate was built up from 1985 through 2000 with some newer pockets still getting fleshed out. A driving range sits at the bottom of Southgate as people access this area mainly now from the new exit 5, but what used to be the Bluff exit. Southgate is a nice are with many homes being built up along the hill side to maximizes views of the downtown area.
