Located centrally in the west, the area has drawn a mixture of populations, yet with a strong presence involving retiree's and second home owners. The population of St George is about 75,000 people.

Classifications

I would classify the adult communities here in three groups or property types. First, the major share of the group involves little niche area adult condominium type communities, some with a club house and one or two scheduled type of activities. Secondly, there is only one fully featured 55+ community that has all the ammenities, set in its own setting with views and a wealth of activities to go with it. Thirdly, you have your park models, manufacture, modular or RV adult communities.

We take you a step further and include another group that while, are not exclusive adult communities, but may be more conducive toward or lend themselves toward older active adult lifestyles or older adult populations. These other subdivisions feature upscale ammenities, including St George's finest golf courses, but not the activities of say, a Sun River. Your Case for Representation

Have you ever tried to put together a new item without the instructions and then eventually you realize, only after it is too late, that it really would have saved you a lot, by just first following the instructions? Active Adult Communities

There is only one community, Sun River, that has a host of activities and ammenities for our retirement population and I have become an expert for helping people buy in there and I have offered safeguards and protections and caught things, so be sure to call. These are areas, communities or other PUD's that may have items that appear to have a higher coorelation of older adults living there. Such items may, but not necessarily will, include such things as, newer development with community rules (Covenants, Codes & Restrictions), association dues designed sometimes to have yard maintenance taken care of or other items included such as a club house, indoor or outdoor pool, etc. PUD's are more associated with the Subdivision or smaller areas.
