Considered one of the nation's finest retirement areas, St George Utah retirement communities are a strong part of our community. The St. George area offers clean air, a low crime rate, and a wonderful spirit of community.
Located centrally in the west, the area has drawn a mixture of populations, yet with a strong presence involving retiree's and second home owners. The population of St George is about 75,000 people.

I would classify the adult communities here in three groups or property types. First, probably the major share of the group involves little niche area adult condominium/patio home type communities, some with a club house and one or two scheduled type of activities. Second, there is only one fully featured 55+ community that has all the ammenities, set in its own setting with views and a wealth of activities to go with it. Thirdly, you have your park models, modular, manufactured or RV adult communities.
We take you a step further and include another group that while, are not exclusive adult communities, are still more conducive toward or lend themselves toward, older active adult lifestyles or older adult populations. Contact Brian for more information. These other subdivisions feature some upscale ammenities, including St George's finest golf courses, but not the activities of say, a Sun River. Some of these developments capture some views, which can sometimes be a draw for some retirees- see St George Utah.
Have you ever tried to put together a new item without the instructions and then eventually you realize, only after it is too late, that it really would have saved you a lot, by just first following the instructions? Well, that is a lot like representation. If you don't introduce your realtor, which costs you NOTHING extra in these developments, when you first start talking to them, then you will have gone down another road that equals sometimes disaster. It is like a free insurance policy and most people do not even realize that it is fully and completely a free luxury- so why not have it!?!
