Sunbrook
You can also see where Sunbrook is, off our St. George Google Map if you look just south of Santa Clara or more acurately, south of W Sunset Blvd (zoom in one notch). You'll see it labeled rather as Subrook Golf Club.
Sunbrook is more exclusive with people holding wedding receptions at their club house etc. The Golf Course is rated one of the best. Sunbrook has some ranging from early 90's to newer low rise condos and houses with views of the golf course and Pine Valley Mountain. The ceilings on houses in Sunbrook are all 12 feet high or so, with the theory of always maintaining better lighting, with the optical allusion also of rooms appearing smaller than they really are (you can fit more of your furniture in there than you think).
Sunbrook is also part of the Green Valley area.
