Brian Habel
A would like to share a little about myself. I have a
lovely wife and 5 kids , my oldest being 12 years old and my youngest at 1 year. I work at RE/MAX First Realty. Not a bad place because we capture about 50% of the residential sales market in Washington County. I moved to St George from Cedar City a number of years ago to take over my father's real estate business.
I believe my strengths are in knowledge of the area, handling client contract details, negotiating the best price, and in being generally more responsible than the average agent. I am personable and service oriented. Being methodical, I do attend to the myriad of items and details involved with being able to serve my clients as their realtor in any transaction. I am techno-savvy, providing you with the most up-to-date information.
My staff and those I surround myself take excellent care of the individual. I have assembled a team of specialists in mortgage, appraisal, home inspection and title work to help with purchasing that special piece of residential or commercial real estate. I specialize in working with the older active adult community. My ability to harness these resources in behalf of my clients sets me apart from many other agents.
A five year background as a general contractor provides me with an awareness of details involving the various elements of housing, property, selling and acquisition.
I have also received training in sales and know how to negotiate contracts. I excel as a negotiator, often using the truth to get the client their way. I have a Masters of Arts in Counseling from St. Martin's College, a background which helps me to ethically represent, with professionalism and integrity, the arrangements between buyers and sellers.
I know that my success is proportionate to the level of service I provide to my customers. I go the extra mile for my clients to offer them every advantage. My past clients will readily attest to this and recommend using me for all of their real estate needs.
