St George Utah has been rated as one of the best places to retire in the nation by Kiplinger's.
Considered one of the nation's finest retirement areas, there are communities and developments built up to accommodate retiree, some exclusively 55+ and some not. The area offers clean air, a low crime rate, milder winters and a wonderful spirit of community.
Located centrally in the west, the area has drawn a mixture of populations, but with a very strong presence involving retiree's and second home owners. Many homes are second homes. The population of St George is about 75,000 people.
