Stone Cliff is a gated community. It is a ritzy area of town that is a hill and cliff slope that angles itself upward with many of the homes taking advantage of views of Pine Valley mountain with some of them taking advantage of down town St George as well. The price point starts at about 500K on up in there. It is one of St George's finest exclusive developments. Many of the streets might contain rock walls to offset the elevation increase that allows for many of the homes to all have views. The HOA dues are about $235 a month to include a clubhouse and pool, gated and tennis courts. Because most of the estates in Stone Cliff encompass larger lots sizes the landscape maintenance has been left to each owner. This is a planned unit development, but they are single family homes with a few villas.
